    Good morning(?), Mike!

The whole last week was mid-term, especially most of mid-terms were tested in the morning. So I counldn’t attend last week’s class. I’m sorry.
But I’m not sure if I can joi today’s class, because I have a presentation to prepare today at 7:00 p.m. I hope I could join by 8:30 at the latest.

In addition, I have a suggestion for our class. How about notice next topic to prepare in advance? It would be more efficient if we prepare some words(though they’re wrong)or expressions.

I always thank you for your kindness, sense of humor, and teaching. See you later. Bye.

    Dear Miyoung,

Thanks for the comment and kind words. I was wondering why you were not in class last week. I hope all your exams went well. Hopefully you will be tonight if possible.

I am thinking about your suggestion. You asked if it will be possible to tell the topics in advance. I think that I could tell you half the topics in advance. In real life, we never have time to think about and study topics before they come up. Also, I like to choose the topics based on what will be interesting for the students. I do realize that you want to have a chance to think about things and find words that might be helpful so my compromise will be to give out the topic before-hand for 10 lessons. Does that sound OK?

Thanks for your message and suggestion. I hope that this will help.

Take care and hopefully see you soon.

    Sincerely,
    Mike

    Hi, Mike!!
It was really nice to see you at that time.
    How’s going today?
    I’ve been seriously tough days.
You know, there is a study group for job interview..(Korean students call that behavior ‘Breaking job(취업 뽀개기=취뽀)’
And…another invited me to join them, but I havent’ decided without reservation.
And…I’m teaching Korean for TWO Chinese who seldom understand Korean. They got better, but still far.
And…On Weekends, I study Chinese with some students, and a very scary teacher. She asked us to memorize 100 words for a day. If I don’t….Vicious Circle.
There are lots of ‘And…’ :p But I’m sure they would raise my level up. Give me good luck. Bye, and have a nice weekend!!
